Withdrawal Notice for Consumers

This Withdrawal Notice applies to consumers who purchase services from fritz.ie // The Arena.

1. General Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory cooling-off period for distance contracts, you may generally have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, unless a lawful exception applies.

2. Immediate Performance of the Service

fritz.ie provides a live digital placement service. When you place a paid order for a slot, you expressly request that the service begins immediately after payment.

This immediate performance may include, among other things:

• processing your order;
• validating and preparing your submitted URL;
• generating and storing preview data;
• assigning and activating the selected slot;
• applying technical lock periods;
• publishing and displaying your placement on the live site.

3. Acknowledgement of Loss of Withdrawal Right

By completing your order, you expressly request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, or to the extent permitted by applicable law once performance begins at your express request.

4. No Withdrawal After Full Performance

Where the service has been fully performed following your express request for immediate performance and your acknowledgement of the possible loss of withdrawal rights, you will no longer be entitled to withdraw from the contract, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

5. Services Already Performed

Where withdrawal remains legally available in a particular case after performance has begun, we reserve the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to charge for the value of services already supplied up to the time of withdrawal.

6. How to Exercise Your Withdrawal Right

If you believe that you still have a valid statutory withdrawal right in your case, you must notify us before the expiry of the applicable withdrawal period by sending a clear written statement to:
